MP-CB(CE) Control box

The MP-CB (CE) pneumatic control box, when combined with the applicable presses, gives a consistent terminating operation. The control unit is designed to give a guaranteed crimp, as it incorporates a timer delay that ensures that the dies are fully closed and have completed a full cycle, before they are able to release and return to the start position.

There is also a digital re-settable counter incorporated into the control box, so that it is easier to keep track of how many crimps have been done in production.

Although it is not necessary to use an MP-CB (CE) with any of the tools listed below, it is recommended as an accessory to control the quality and repeatability of the crimping process.

The unit is 100% pneumatically powered and does not need any connection to an electrical outlet,
